One Question

To truly live as Christ, shouldn't we always forgive?

  2. Easier said than done, but yes, we should. You see, there are people that do things I don't like or those who have hurt me, and those who have hurt someone I love. It seems that it is easier for me to forgive those who hurt me than those who hurt the ones I love. I don't think I ever hate a person, don't treat them differently, and would never be rude in public. However, I just don't make them a daily part of my life. I don't think I have to call them to eat with me on a regular basis or send them email etc. IF they veer into my path, I speak first but have no right to be ugly or ignore them. God didn't do that to anyone!!! Not a murderer, not a harlot, not a tax collector or liar. I guess what I am saying is, We are told to forgive as God forgives us, BUT, if you choose not to forgive, then keep your mouth shut. Going on and on makes you look the fool.

Well, I'm sorry but I have had to turn the word verification back on. I have had some things come across my comments that I don't want on there and I think this will solve the problem. To all of you that leave comments regularly, I apologize. Maybe I will be able to take it off soon!
